Item(s) purchased from www.benxapparel.com.au must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final.

Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.
EXCHANGES
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 10 business days of receiving your order. Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances. Details for exchange requests should be directed to info@benxapparel.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. A staff member will reply to your request within 48 hours to organise the exchange.
